Once feedback is complete, you can share the final version with your reviewer.
Add final video link
After a version is approved:
- Open the project
- Click Add final video link
- Paste your cloud storage link (Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar)
- Click Save
What reviewers see
- A Download final video button will appear
- Clicking it will redirect them to the final file hosted on your storage link
Mark project as approved
Once everything is finalized:
- The owner or team member can mark the project as Approved
- This indicates that the review cycle is complete
