- Open the Share popup
- Check the Password required option
- Enter your password
- Click Save
When someone opens the link, they will be asked to enter the password before accessing the project.
When to use password protection
- When sharing confidential or NDA-bound content
- When sending links to external clients
- When restricting access within a specific group
